F.A.Q

What is a Health Coach?

"Health & wellness coaches partner with clients seeking to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values. In the course of their work, health & wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, honoring the fact that each client is an expert on their own life while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental." - Directly from NBHWC

Where did you get your certification?

I started my studies at IIN, to take in the Holistic Coaching approach. I wanted to ensure I was following the newly approved programs of the NBHWC; I decided to switch and start over at Dr. Sears Wellness.

I received my Master Certified Health Coach Certification with Dr. Sears.

Is this a weight-loss program?

No, this is not a weight-loss program. If you lose weight during the program, great! This will not be the focus. I work with clients around behaviors and make long-lasting lifestyle changes.

What will you NOT help me with?

As Health Coach, I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide psychological therapeutic interventions. I will not sell you supplements or require you to follow any type of plan that was not created and set by YOU.

Which package do you recommend and why?

I recommend the 6-month program, where we meet via zoom once every two weeks. The idea of the 6-month program is to help you create long-lasting lifestyle changes. Over the course of months, you will encounter a wide variety of situations; social events, family events, holidays, and everyday life stress. Learning to work through all of these with your goals and skills will only set you up to be more successful.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, I offer pay-in-full and returning client discounts.

If you are impacted financially by covid and need coaching help, please contact me directly and we can create a package/discount specific to your needs. I want to help.
