I help women find their inner strength to master their wellness goals: anywhere from building a healthy relationship with food, learning how to eat what is right for their body, dealing with stress and the health issues stress can bring on.

What do you get when you work with me?

Personal dedication. I keep a low number of active clients to ensure I retain the right emotional balance and mindset to best help you move forward in your goals.

Commitment and flexibility. Because I keep a low number of active clients, it allows me to be flexible with my time and work when you need me the most. If you need an extra check-in, having a tough week/day, or something last minute came up. I am committed to helping you in a way that works best for you.

What approach do you take?

Personalized Approach. I strongly believe in you know what you need to do; you just need that extra accountability, reassurance, and support to get there. Together we will set a goal/vision of where you want to be. You will set goals for each session; I will check in on you at agreed-upon times.  I will be the one cheering you on and gently guiding you along your journey. 


No judgment zone. I keep a zero judgment, safe space with my clients. You can always know that our sessions and conversations are judgment-free and private.

What is your approach to food?

How I choose to eat and what works for you may not be alike. That is the significant part. No one way fits all. For myself, I focus on intuitive eating and an 80/20 balance. I do have some food sensitivities that change my selection of food. For me, it is more about the mindset and relationship with food than the selection itself.


I will never insert my personal beliefs, style, or lifestyle into our sessions. My goal is to help you find what works best for you!

Why should I hire you?

One thing I know as a Health Coach and someone who uses one. The relationship matters the most, which is why I always offer a consultation first. You need to trust in me and feel comfortable for this process to work for you. If there is no trust or connection, I may not be the coach for you, which is okay. 


I am not a Health Coach who will focus on the numbers, the size, or the weight loss. I will focus on the behavior, the long-term change. When the mindset changes, you believe in yourself, your behaviors change - then you may notice the number move. More importantly, it will be about how you feel inside.
