A pantry makeover is a two-hour session done via Zoom, where we focus on changes or just education you want to have. You will select the main topic and goals of the session!

The meal planning session is a one-hour session over zoom. We focus on what is most important to you. We can do one-month meal planning, one week, or even one day. I will guide you through creating a meal plan. ​

What is your experience?

I am a Master Certified Health Coach. I am not a Dietitian or Nutritionist. Therefore I will never tell you what you should eat. 

I have been Gluten Free and Dairy Free for well over 15 years. I have learned on my own how to find replacements with every new food sensitivity that has popped up. I have years of meal planning and creating meals for my family that work for everyone—those with and without food sensitivities or allergies.

Will you create a meal plan I can use?

Creating a set meal plan or telling you what to eat is outside of my Scope of Practice. Often times we know what we want to eat, like to eat. We don't know where to start when it comes to planning. I will guide you in creating a meal plan that works for you and your family. Filled with the meal you already enjoy. Together we will create an actionable goal that is realistic and doable for you to stick to. 

Is follow-up including in the meal and pantry sessions?

You are welcome to email any clarification questions you may have after the session.


If you need additional help after a pantry, grocery, or meal planning session. I offer a discount for additional sessions booked. Email me what you are needing, and we can go from there.  

You said you wouldn't tell me what to eat, will you give me new recipes to try?

Yes! As requested, I will help you find recipes. I enjoy searching for new ideas. I will be happy to supply to with links or even cookbook suggestions

Any new foods and recipes are just suggestions. Please do your own research before trying a new ingredient.
