Twice menu inspiration comes from. It is not completely cook-free on all of the second nights, but it will allow you to use up leftovers and have less prep work on most of the 2nd nights.
In addition to my new Cook Once, Eat Twice Menu. There is my traditional meal plan for a month using theme nights. Warm weather is coming; you will start to see fewer crockpot nights and more on-the-grill nights. In April, we have Easter & Earth Day. Each week includes six meals, which leaves one night open for leftovers or take-out. Each meal suggestion is easily adjustable for Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Egg-Free.
